Spring!

Well, the spring is here! As the weather improves, be sure to get your walking shoes on and get out there to walk, jog, exercise, and enjoy good weather. I encourage all my patients to keep their weight in check . The best way to work on weight loss is through diet and exercise. Exercise and losing weight helps keep blood pressure in control and keeps blood sugars in check. If you have any family history of Hypertension (high blood pressure) or Diabetes, please make an appointment to get your annual check up and get your blood work done. We can monitor your blood pressure and check your sugars and provide further guidance for maintaining a good health. Please call us, we do our best to get you seen at the earliest. I really love the Spring because this is the time that my relatives will have a reunion. I agree with you that this is the best time to have some improvement in our body.
